This notice explains how Terra & Cloud uses the personal data you send us through this website, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
The details you enter in the enquiry form: your name, company (optional), email, phone or LINE ID, project details, and the page and campaign you came from.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing contact.terraandcloud@gmail.com.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received through our website host (Netlify) and sent to our email inbox.
Ordering through Facebook Messenger
If you order a product through our Facebook page, your messages are handled by Meta under its own terms. We use your details only to handle your order. Payments are taken through Stripe, which handles your card or PromptPay details itself. We never see or store them.
